Frank Maness

Frank Maness is the Vice President of Human Resources and serves on the Executive Committee.  He is responsible for overseeing all human resources activities of the Novartis Group Companies in the US.

Prior to this position, Mr. Maness was the Chief Human Resources Officer for Dewey & Laboeuf, one of the largest law firms in the U.S.  For twelve years, he directed HR activities in several capacities at the executive search and consulting firm, Russell Reynolds Associates, where he was appointed partner in 2004. He also held senior level positions at Chase Manhattan Bank and Citibank earlier in his career.
